One morning a liberal woke,
And saw his country covered with traditional conservationist
smoke.
Where politics was governed by the son of queen,
Who no doubt was nepotist and mean.
People were blinded by religion,
And believed in all sort of superstition.
The religious leaders were accusers of rape,
The blame of which
the followers helped to escape.
Terrorism was filled in the air,
As it wasn't even the children whom they spare.
The corruption was choking the country,
And even the economists watched with effrontery.
The women weren't treated as equal,
Oh! But I thought the constitution said we were liberal.
The nation would doom soon was the prophecy,
He wondered how it couldn't be true with such hippocricy!
He had to do something soon, he thought,
The ideas to bring down conservatives he sought.
Terrorism, corruption, inequality could all be tackled,
But how to draw line between faith and superstition , he was
baffled.
As the dusk approach
and the sun set,
Tired and lost, he finally lay his head to rest.
